This will be a very quick update - Mom is experiencing a sore throat and they have ordered an x-ray. It’s making swallowing painful for her, but she is still making progress with eating more purées and soft food in hopes that the feeding tube will soon be removed.

As you read this can I ask for you to pray that they find out the source of the pain today, and that it can be resolved?

We’re also thankful that she is still making progress every day - she can pull herself to stand for a few seconds unsupported and speaking more to us. We are also thankful that her newest case doctor since transferring to her current ward has been much easier to communicate with, my dad is very happy about that.
